Summer Solstice Blend
A blend of dark-roasted Peru and light-roasted Guatemala, inspired by the balance of light and dark at the solstice. Smooth and sweet with notes of Victoria plum, dark chocolate and caramel. Built for cold brew, but great however you brew it.
Description
Designed with cold brew in mind, this blend brings together two exceptional coffees from the highlands of Peru and Guatemala, creating a cup that is both effortlessly approachable and quietly complex.
From Peru comes a coffee grown by Marino Guevara Alejandría, whose meticulous farming and combination of natural and washed processing contribute layers of ripe fruit sweetness and a velvety mouthfeel. These characteristics are complemented by the high-altitude coffees of Finca Hamacas in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, where the Vides family cultivates coffee at 2,000 metres above sea level, producing coffees known for their clarity, structure and refined sweetness.
The result is a blend that balances richness with brightness. As a cold brew, it delivers notes of caramel, dark chocolate, lifted by subtle stone fruit. The extended extraction highlights the coffee's natural sweetness and smooth body, producing a refreshing cup with remarkable clarity and a clean, lingering finish.
