Our flexible coffee subscription service will give you one less thing to think about. 

Need a regular supply of freshly roasted coffee. Choose from award winning blends, single origin coffees or both!

As a proudly independent, award winning coffee roastery, we strive to bring you the highest quality speciality beans - responsibly sourced, freshly roasted and fully traceable from farm to cup.

With blends starting from just £6.50 per bag, you can mix n’ match coffees to your preference, select whole beans or freshly ground coffee, and arrange deliveries at a frequency that suits your needs.

Once subscribed, our subscriber ‘dashboard’ allows you to pause deliveries, change coffees, grind type and frequency whenever you like!

How it Works

Flexible coffee subscriptions and Bean 2 Cup coffee subscriptions renew at the frequency set by our customer and are dispatched once a week on Wednesday, by 1st Class post.

Gift Coffee subscriptions are dispatched on the 15th of each month.

Whilst the majority of subscription preferences can be edited by the customer, permanent changes in frequency can only be made by a Bean Smitten team member.

Our flexible coffee subscriptions are continuously fine tuned to provide the best possible customer experience. Bean Smitten reserve the right to make some changes to our administration of coffee subscriptions as we fine tune them.

What is your Flexible Coffee Subscription?


Our flexible coffee subscription allows you to set your preferences then make changes on the fly. Log in to our subscriber 'dashboard' to make changes to quantities, coffee types and grind. And if you are feeling a little overwhelmed with coffee pause and then restart later. You are in control.




What is a Bean 2 Cup coffee subscription?


Our bean 2 cup coffee subscription is for customers who want to buy coffee in 1kg bags. It will suit the serious coffee drinker, an owner of a bean to cup machine or other home espresso set-up. This coffee subscription is focussed on our coffee blends and decaf option. You can switch between blends and pause for a while if needed, just by logging in!




Can I get 1 kilo bags on subscription?


Yes, we have 1kg speciality coffee beans available through our Bean 2 Cup coffee subscription.




Can I have more than one subscription?


We recommend you choose our Gift Subscription which is set up as a gift by default. However, any of our coffee subscriptions can be gifted. When you get to the shipping address screen, activate the slider beside the words ‘This is a gift’. Enter the details of the recipient under shipping address.

After entering your payment card details you will be able to set up the rest of the gifting options such as duration (how many subscription cycles) and optionally, add a message that we will include with the first shipment.




Can you grind the coffee for me?


Yes, we will grind any 250g pack of coffee to suit your coffee maker. Just enter your preference when subscribing or log in and amend later. If you need more than one type of grind you can set up additional subscriptions (see above).




When will you take payment?


We take the first payment when you sign up.

For Flexible and Bean 2 Cup coffee subscriptions we take subsequent payments at fixed intervals determined by you i.e., weekly, bi-weekly or every 4 weeks after the initial payment is taken.

For monthly gift subscriptions, payment is collected on the 1st of each month.




When will I receive my coffee?


We dispatch Flexible and Bean 2 Cup coffee subscriptions on a Wednesday and our special Gift Subscription on 15th of each month. All coffee subscriptions are dispatched using Royal Mail 24.




Can I change to whole beans when I buy a coffee grinder?


You may change from one grind type to another including to/from whole beans by logging in to your dashboard, selecting manage subscription and then clicking on Update Choices.




Can I change the number of bags of coffee I receive in each shipment?


Yes, you can amend the number of bags of coffee you receive in each shipment up to a maximum of 4 bags per shipment. They can be the same, or different coffees. To do this, log into your dashboard, select manage subscription and then click on Update Choices.




How can I change the frequency of the subscription?


If you want to change your subscription frequency e.g., weekly to fortnightly, we can do that for you. Please use our contact form to get in touch and we will make the changes and advise you of the date of your next shipment.




How do I pause my subscription?


You may pause your subscription by logging in to your dashboard, selecting manage subscription and clicking the Pause button. You will be able to skip the next unbilled, shipment. If you wish to take a longer break, please contact us and we will be pleased to arrange this for you.




How do I cancel my subscription?


You may cancel your subscription by logging in to your dashboard, selecting manage subscription and clicking Subscription Settings. You will now see a button which you can click to cancel your subscription. You can reinstate your subscription at any time by contacting us or simply setting up a new one.
