Terms and Conditions – Our buying and refunding terms.

Business to Business Supply of Goods and Services

Business to business sales of coffee, Sanremo espresso machines, accessories, spares, consultancy and training are governed by our Standard Terms and Conditions for Supply of Goods and Services.

Website Cookie Policy

We use cookies to improve our users experience. Cookies are small files which are stored on your computer and designed to identify our users. By continuing to use this website you agree to our use of cookies, unless you decide to disable them.

Online Coffee Orders

We roast twice a week and dispatch orders daily. Our cut off time for processing orders is 10am on each dispatch day. Please note that occasionally, if we are very busy or, have run out of roasted stock then orders may take an extra day or two to process. If this happens we will advise the customer accordingly.

As a general rule we roast to order, however the nature of our business means we must carry minimum stocks. If roasted stock is available we reserve the right to fulfil a customers order from said stock unless more than 21 days (30 days for Roasters Choice) have passed since roasting.

Because coffee is a loose product until bagged, it is not possible to provide accurate stock levels on our website. In the scenario that a coffee ordered is sold out, the customer will be offered an alternative coffee, a coupon or a full refund.

We hold all roasted coffee as whole beans and grind at the last minute, if that is what the customer requires.

Online Brewing Equipment Orders

Orders of brewing equipment are dispatched on our normal dispatch days, subject to stock availability.

Cancellation and Refunds for Online Purchases

If a customer has any issue with his or her coffee upon receipt, they should get in touch using the details at the foot of the page. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue without delay.

 

However, because coffee is a perishable item, once ground or despatched we cannot accept a request for cancellation or a refund.

 

Orders for brewing equipment can be cancelled without having to provide a reason up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer. However, the goods must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return postage.
