This Burns Night finish strong with a Clansman's Coffee:
Bean Smitten Clansman's Coffee Recipe
Per glass:
200 ml freshly brewed coffee. We used Revive Blend. The combination of it's bold chocolatey taste, brown sugar and caramel notes suit this drink perfectly
25 ml Scotch Whiskey
20 ml Sambuca
Lemon juice
Brown sugar
To make:
Invert a tall heat-resistant glass, dip into the lemon juice and then the brown sugar, so that you have a sugar coated rim.
Turn the glass the right-way-up (important!), pour in the scotch and sambuca.
Fill to the top with the freshly brewed coffee.
Optional:
Add whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
